                     Anybody else getting this message since system update 1.30 no other recent updates first started noticing didn't power off correctly for a few days meaning screen goes blank when you think pop up for turning off should have been there now all activities in maxisys can create message including during vehicle use. So far support no where to be found left e-mail messages already so any others can chime in. Looks like I'll have to call 20 times a day like when I first bought unit to get a response from the living dead at Autel.

     yes i also had that but it started on version 1.29 but seemed to have sorted itself out after a couple of days.

     mine has just done it again do you get 4 or 5 green arrows next to the vci link on the bottom of the screen ???

     support is there a problem with v1.29 and 1.30 software upgrade there seems to be a few people having issues now....

     thats been happening to me to.  usually after I wake it up.  maybe it is groggy.  fortunately maxisys always works on the next try   and the green arrows seem to mean there are updates available.   maybe you forgot to update "perfected russian translation" for Mars rover.  you know, something you don't need.

     Autel just posted on their Facebook page, that they're having server issues. I was having system update failures this morning. Explains alot. They claim if you turn off your WiFi for the time being, the messages will stop.

     no this is a different problem its not during updating its when you try to use it afterwards.
